Fee Adjustment Waiver for Employees Not Using the Tuition Benefit
If you are an employee (on any campus or CU system) taking classes on Boulder Main Campus but you are not using the Tuition Assistance Benefit, you can apply for reduced fees. Complete the Fee Adjustment Waiver Form by the last day of classes of your enrollment term and submit it to the Bursar’s Office. This waiver can only be used on the Boulder campus. Dependents of employees are not eligible for reduced fees.
If your request for fee adjustment is approved, then you will only pay (per semester):
- A&S Tech (ASSET) Fee $1.32 per credit hour per semester or term, if you enroll in any Arts & Sciences classes.
- Arts & Cultural Enrichment Fee $10
- Student Computing Fee $67.24
- New Student Fee one-time nonrefundable fee for new or transfer degree-seeking students
If approved, the following fees will be waived ($453–$768):
- Athletic Fee $28.50
- Career Services $14
- Mental Health Resource Fee $107.40
- Recreation Center Expansion Fee $85.27–$106.96
- Student Activity Fee $48.01–$312.80
- Student Health Fee $97.09
- Transit Pass Fee $101.18
The Immigration Compliance Fee ($40) will be waived for faculty and staff with F1 or J1 visas.

Tuition and fees are just one part of the overall cost to attend ºÚÁÏÉçÇøÍø.
