Fitness and Wellness (FitWell) is committed to providing quality fitness and wellness opportunities which encourage development, community and lifelong wellbeing. This is done through one-time fitness classes, instruction courses lasting weeks long, personal training opportunities and through our wellness suite.

Rec Center members can purchase a semester-long Be Fit Pass that gives you unlimited access to over 65 group fitness classes every week!
