In her free time, you can find Maeve teaching her dog new tricks, playing board games, or volunteering with the Colorado Horse Rescue.

Korey Smith

Korey graduated from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC, earning undergraduate degrees in both biology and psychology. Following his graduation, Korey has worked across several research areas encompassing drug habits in rodents, sleep outcomes among populations with PTSD and college students; and emotional regulation during child development. Recently, at Indiana University he assisted the investigation of sex cell development within fly ovaries. Currently, Korey is a first-year student in the Integrative Physiology PhD Program. He is interested in understanding the interaction between the mechanisms of our circadian rhythms and different determinants of health. Korey looks forward to exploring the effects of lifestyle behaviors on the human system. At his leisure, Korey enjoys reading from a various collection of genres, learning martial arts, and having adventures

Professional Research Assistants

Finn Livingston

Finn Livingston

Finn is a professional research assistant in the Sleep and Chronobiology Lab. Their favorite part of working at the SCL is participating in such cutting-edge research with the most incredible people around. Finn aims to pursue a PhD in clinical psychology to investigate how circadian alignment can be leveraged to better understand symptoms of and improve treatments for eating disorders and co-occurring psychopathologies. Finn's two orange cats always get an earful at the end of the day about all the exciting SCL happenings.

Ellis Noteboom

Ellis Noteboom
