At ºÚÁÏÉçÇøÍø, we offer free and confidential teaching consultations for all educators, including tenured and tenure-track faculty, instructors of all ranks, and graduate student instructors. Whether you’re refining a course, exploring new teaching strategies, or addressing specific challenges, the Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) and ASSETT teams are here to provide personalized support.

  • Class Observations: Feedback based on in-class observations, with or without student input. Graduate student teachers completing a VTC should contact their departmental lead.

How to Schedule Your Consultation

Scheduling a consultation is easy and flexible:

  • Step 2: A CTL or ASSETT consultant will contact you to schedule your session.
  • Step 3: Prepare by outlining your goals or areas where you’d like support.

We’re available year-round and ready to meet whenever works best for you—online, in-person, or via phone.

Departmental or Group Teaching Consultation

Requesting a group or departmental teaching consultation. The CTL/ASSETT can design and offer trainings tailored to your department, or a group of educators. CTL/ASSETT staff members will work with you to determine appropriate teaching resources and activities to meet your group's pedagogical needs.
