Drone-Rover Integrated Fire Tracker (DRIFT)
DRIFT will design a mother rover capable of interfacing with an already completed landing platform for an unmanned aerial system (UAS). This rover will traverse rough terrain to a designated GPS location while maintaining security of the UAS as well as relay pertinent information to a ground station and operator. This system will be tested using heritage hardware from pas JPL senior design teams.
