- Among the highest honors bestowed by faculty upon a colleague, each year faculty submit nominations and a panel recommends one recipient for the lectureship. Deadline April 5.
- Organizers are putting out a call for presentations and nominations for the 26th Campus Sustainability Summit April 18, an information-sharing forum featuring updates and discussions.
- Dean of Libraries Robert McDonald will appoint a new faculty-led working group to take on the project: Teaching and Technology, Online and Distance Learning, recommended by the Academic Futures Committee.
- Do you know an academic advisor who has made a difference, an outstanding advising program or an advising technology innovation that deserves recognition? Submit your nomination by Feb. 1.
- Do you know a staff member who is doing exemplary outreach and engagement work? Consider nominating them for the Anne K. Heinz Staff Award for Excellence in Outreach and Engagement.
- What’s happening with our strategic initiatives? Academic Futures is calling for committee nominations and Financial Futures is seeking campus community input, plus more.
- Recognize the hard work of your student-employee(s) by nominating them for Student Employee of the Year! This award recognizes the contributions of student-employees to the campus and honors their efforts.
- Submissions are due Feb. 1 for these prestigious annual awards recognizing outstanding contributions in: leadership and service; teaching and pedagogy; and research, scholarly and creative work.
- Disability Services is currently taking nominations for the annual awards ceremony. Nominations are due by Feb. 8 for the April 1 event.
- Nominations are due by Oct. 10 to the Office of International Education for the Global Citizen Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions to international understanding.
