Relax, take a break and fuel up for finals! Stop by the UMC for free food and activities at Late Night Breakfast. Open to all ºÚÁÏÉçÇøÍø students with a valid Buff OneCard—no meal plan required.

Writing Center 
The Writing Center provides one-on-one support from trained consultants for writers of all disciplines and skill levels.

Faculty Office Hours 
Office hours allow you to interact with your professor one-on-one, ask questions and get clarification about course information. Find out when your professor’s office hours are by checking your syllabus.    

 
Buff Techs provide support to all campus affiliates for university and personally owned computing equipment on a first-come, first-served basis at their walk-in centers. 

 
The IT Service Center can help with all OIT services, email and IdentiKey, on-campus internet connectivity and other technology-related questions.

Basic Needs Center 
As a virtual and physical hub of services, we collaborate with on-campus and community partners to get you the care you need. Need food assistance? Check out available resources. 

Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) 
CAPS provides free, confidential mental health services for ºÚÁÏÉçÇøÍø students to address a variety of concerns, including academic stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationships and more. Students can call their 24/7 support line at 303-492-2277 or come in for a same-day screening appointment 

Peer Wellness Coaching 
Trained student coaches from Health and Wellness Services are ready to support you with time management, creating effective study plans, discovering helpful academic resources and finding balance even during finals. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just want some guidance to finish the semester strong, our coaches are here to help you succeed. Student Support and Case Management (SSCM) 
SSCM provides students with individualized support to help them address a myriad of needs that may adversely impact their educational career, including but not limited to mental health concerns, family emergencies and hospitalization. SSCM can be reached at 303-492-7348 or through the .  

Office of Victim Assistance (OVA) 
OVA provides free, confidential trauma-specific counseling, advocacy, information and referrals for all ºÚÁÏÉçÇøÍø community members who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event. Their services cover topics like crime, intimate partner abuse, sexual assault and misconduct, stalking, discrimination and bias, abuse and violence. Students, staff and faculty can call their 24/7 support line at 303-492-8855. 

Ombuds Office 
The Ombuds Office is a confidential place to voice, clarify and discuss university-related issues. They can help to identify options to resolve disputes, a course of action and informal resolutions. The Ombuds Office can be reached at 303-492-5077.
