- Note: Receives regular status updates (cadence to be determined) from the project manager / they’re not expected to attend every meetingÌý

Responsible forÌýÌý
- Acting as a high-level subject matter expert, works closely with the PM on accomplishing deliverables/objectives and attends most meetings.
- Helping to determine the project team.
- Communicating that the project is a priority and helps to allocate work time and resources for the project team.Ìý

- Subject matter experts in their areas.
- Attends all meetings and actively contributes to the scope of work.ÌýÌý
