Eaton Travel Sabbaticals

Thanks to a generous gift from CU Economics alumnus Eugene D. Eaton, the CU Economics Department is pleased to announce the Eaton Travel Sabbaticals Program. The Travel Sabbaticals are to be awarded to undergraduate students majoring in Economics, Anthropology, or History who have completed at least three academic years of full time study, at least two years of which must have been completed at the university, and who desire prior to graduation to broaden their knowledge in a culture and learning environment different from their own.ÌýPreference will be given to students who have a creative and well designed plan of unconventional study and travel in a non-traditional environment, especially those which would take place in the southern or eastern hemispheres.
